Stellar Corona is part of a series of works using representations of classical images to depict moments associated with the power of the prevailing feminine energy. In this case, the total solar eclipse we witnessed in Tiohtià:ke/Mooniyang/Montreal greatly inspired this piece with the beauty of this phenomenon. The feminine energy of the moon dominating the sun to create this surreal moment was a magical instant to observe and share with close friends. The archangel is used as symbol of transformation, courage, and the power of the feminine force in the universe. The use of laser technology to engrave in porcelain anchors this trans-feminine identity in a historical artistic tradition of precious objects of desire as a comparison with how trans woman bodies are often fetishized.

Xen depicts the power of prevailing feminine energy. The archangel is used as a symbol of gender ambiguity, transformation, courage, and strength. The engraving into porcelain anchors the transfeminine identity in a historical artistic tradition of precious objects of desire associated to the ceramic medium. A page from the musical score of the piece Xen by the artist Arca is used as ornamentation and to represent a form of universal communication that is musical writing.

Lifter Gloss is a reinterpretation of an illustration taken from an early sixteenth century Maiolica, Albarello with a Woman lifting her Skirt (The Walters Art Museum, Baltimore). The figure depicted on the original piece shows gender ambiguity and led the artist to questioning about the story of the people illustrated on ancient objects and the accuracy of the trans representation. The mice engraved on Lifter Gloss are a symbol of queer identity as they are creatures often misunderstood and living in parallel with the man kind.
